Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when: (a) an order is cancelled before dispatch, (b) the item is significantly not-as-described, (c) payment is debited but order not confirmed, or (d) duplicate payment occurs.
Auction sales may be final except in cases of non-delivery, fraud, or significant misrepresentation.
How to Request
- Contact support with order ID within 48 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos/documents as applicable.
- We will evaluate and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Timelines
- Pre-dispatch cancellation: typically initiated within 24–48 hours.
- Card/UPI/wallet: 5–7 business days to reflect (depends on bank/PSP).
- Net-banking: 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
- Damage due to improper handling after delivery.
- Minor grade variances where listing disclosed an estimated grade.
- Change of mind after confirmed, carefully described auction sale.
Chargebacks
We cooperate with PSPs for dispute resolution. Abuse of chargebacks may lead to account action and hold on payouts.
