Tracking IDs are shared via your dashboard/email once shipped. Delays due to courier networks or force majeure may occur.

Where available, shipments are insured up to the invoice value. Claims must be raised within the courier’s defined window with required proofs.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability, the package may be returned. Reshipment can be arranged; additional charges may apply.
