Accounts & KYC
Provide accurate information. We may require KYC for high-value transactions and before releasing payouts. You are responsible for safeguarding your login.
Listings & Accuracy
Sellers must provide accurate titles, descriptions, grades, and photos. Counterfeits or misrepresented items are not allowed. We may remove listings that violate policies or law.
Bids, Orders & Payments
Bids and “buy now” orders are binding as per listing rules. Payments are processed by our PSP. Non-payment or chargeback abuse may lead to account action.
Fees & Taxes
Platform/service fees may apply. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated. Users are responsible for their tax obligations.
Shipping & Risk
Title and risk transfer per shipping terms stated on the listing. Insured and trackable shipping is recommended for valuable coins.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund/cancellation is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some auction sales may be final unless significantly not-as-described.
Seller Payouts
Payouts are released to verified bank accounts after order completion windows and fraud checks. We may hold funds for disputes, chargebacks, or compliance reviews.
Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, shill bidding, money laundering, illegal items.
- IP infringement or stolen images/content.
- Security interference, scraping, or service disruption.
Liability & Indemnity
VCS is a marketplace platform. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect/consequential damages. You agree to indemnify VCS against losses due to your breach or unlawful acts.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
